I understand there are specific rules to follow in order to get a authentic japanese sleeve tattoo done, the location on the arm, the content of it etc. Also What does the sleeve represent? What do the differing things you can have represent, a koi, hanya mask etc. This is for my boyfriend who wishes to get one done and is researching the matter.
