go to a tattoo artist whose work you like. discuss it with them. They should be able to come up with something you like and will be able to tell you what will work and what wont on your arm. But i tend to agree with the chick who said half sleeve. It's sounds long and wierd, but depends on who does it and how it looks in real life. if you arent sure have them stencil it on you first and see if it looks good or not. you may like it you may not.
