Ive seen the question on her before about working out and getting new ink, but p90x is an intense workout and a half sleeve is pretty big. Im just about finished the first month.

you should not do any kind of intensive exercise that involves the area that has been tattooed for at least the first 2 – 3 weeks after. Firstly the skin around the tattoo will tighten and scab, excessive exercise will cause these scabs to crack and there is likely to be ink loss causing an uneven pigment spread which leave your tattoo looking blotchy when healed. Secondly excessive sweating caused by exercise will push the new ink out of your skin having a similar result to the above.
If you want your ink to look good when it’s healed I would wait until you have finished your p90x before getting any ink done.
Well you shouldn’t work out when it’s fresh really. And it’s not like it’s a massive amount of time to wait. It can be your reward for finishing.
Well it all depends on how long you have left to go but if i was you i would wait until i was finished and do the tattoo after.
i think you should play that song lol
